HRM 530 Week 2 Assignment 1: The following discussion evaluates a scenario that uses Vendors to help resolve a Human Resources issue.  There are four key points to this study.  The first component provides the benefits of using performance evaluations to address problems occurring in the workplace.  The second elements recommends and application to solve the issue of increasing employee performance.  The third factor of this study describes, reviews, and assesses a vendor that possesses the potential to alleviate the problem.  The last factor applies a strategic approach to solving the problem.  Each of these components of the study serves Human Resources well to assist in creating a healthy and production organization………
