JUS 631  Exploration of Constitutional Criminal Law

This course will provide students with an overview of our constitutional system of criminal jurisprudence. The course will focus on a comprehensive study of various constitutional amendments and case law as they relate to criminal law. The importance of constitutional rights for the citizens of the United States is will also be discussed in this course.
